Haiti Project
Project Goal: $50,000
The situations listed above represent ‘normal life’ for the majority of the people of Haiti, the poorest county in the Western Hemisphere. In Haiti, 1 in 8 children will die of curable diseases before their 5th birthday. The physical, economic, educational, and spiritual needs of the people are overwhelming for a country less than 700 miles from the US shoreline.
Through our partnership with Pastor Hudson Michele, God has given us an open door to impact lives for eternity and to meet the present physical needs of some of the poorest of the poor. Hudson has started 3 Christian schools with 250 students as well as pastoring a church of 150 people.
Throughout 2010, we will work alongside Pastor Hudson by:

| Establishing a vocational center to provide a sustainable source of income through which to operate the three schools and provide food to the students. |
| Drilling a water well to provide clean drinking water |
| Sending a medical team to care for the sick |
| Providing education and food to children |
